Nickel and Avril are both wretched wastes of oxygen.
But for me any Pop-punk of the 21st Century is filth especially Green Day(Early works were good) and Simple Plan.
Oh yeah and Nu-metal, especially Korny.

I like "New Christian Music" by Aliens Sex Fiend does that count as Christian music?

I hate every band you people have suggested, with probably a few that I sorta like but not really.

Fucking Crazy Frog, no contest.

No lyrics, hardly a tune and the most annoying damned ringtone in history. Doesn't stop the bastard spending upteen weeks a bleedin' number 1 though, does it?

Who the hell paid 3-4 quid for the privilage of putting that trash in their CD players?
I do so agree with you. That thing seriously gives me violent tendencies. :P

Other songs that annoy the heck out of me are things like the Teletubby theme, the Schnappi song (aaargh!) and anything brainless like the songs by Justin Timberlake, Spice Girls and Britney Spears. Absolutely horrible. I never listen to normal radio anymore because of such "music".

Oh, I did forget to add

Wings of a Butterfly - HIM (I usually like some of their songs but that one makes me bleed inside...)

Space Invaders - cannot remember the band's name (_pure_ agony. *hides*)

It's Gettin' Hot In Here - by someone. ugh. I didn't even bother to memorize his name.

Mostly _any_ song that might be cathegorized under "German Schlagers and Oompa Music". *walks away in shame over how much horrible music there's ever been recorded under this label*

For me, worst song ever has to be Mr. Lonely by Akon. I HAD to download that song a few years back because if I didn't it would've never stop going through my head... And why did that high pitched bs become so popular for a while? I remember hearing at least three other songs using the same effect on the vocals. I've been avoiding the radio ever since... but now my mp3 players broken...

*gasp* but the Titanic song's on my mp3!
Though it's not as beautiful as Pearl Harbor's ending song. Ah, I love that one.

Oh, sorry darling. It's just that after a few years of being requested to sing that sodding song at various weddings (weddings? It's a funeral song!), I'm somewhat over it ('My Fart Will Go On'...)

Death to celine Dion, Death to Britney Spears...and Nickelback deserve a nice cosy place on a rack, while someone stabs Chad Kroeger in EVERY orifice with hot pokers...
POP MUSIC MUST DIE!!!!!!

worst song ever: Toxic- Britney Spears...

i'm off to cut my ears off, as the song has now infiltrated my skull, and lodged itself in there!!!

'I Belive In A Thing Callled Love' by The Darkness. I'd rather stick a fork in my eye than listen to that falsetto voice warble meaning-less words over & over.
But it's in competition with The Rasmus' 'In The Shadows' every time I hear the introduction that sounds like an owl hooting, I feel my brain slowly rotting.

She_Is_My_Sin,

Your not still haunted by the hideous shrieking of Justin Hawkins ?

I thought Gothzilla got rid of him !!!

Perhaps there should be a sequel to our epic Gothzilla story ?

Theres only one thing for it, She_Is_My_Sin, you must activate the Gothzilla signal, so that bucktoothed shrieking monstrosity can torment you no longer !!!

marketing ploys that are put out by cola companies like pepsi and coke that either rip off existing songs or make a complete mockery of hip hop in order to sell you carbonated drinks.
