I realized that being goth isn't cool and never did it, how is that for a story?

I remember two, actually. "Don't make me get my flying monkeys!" and "It's all fun and games until the flying monkeys attack."

One of the big fads when I was in middle school was those black shirts with the two strips of velcro and the velcro letter patches so you could make up your own sayings. Of course, the letters always fell off and you ended up with two velcro strips full of cat hair.

I was never a naive goth, or any other kind of goth. I was definitely naive, all of the time when i was younger though, maybe I still am. =(

Yeah, my friend Lyzz had the "Don't make me get my flying monkeys!" shirt. I actually still think it worked well for her.

I remember those t-shirts. I had one that said "Do you hear that? It's the sound of no one caring". It really didn't make any sense, and I still don't know why I wanted it, but oh well.

I use to think goth was all about darkness and evil, satanism and demonic worship. Then i learned goth is many things, which completely screwed me up more...im still screwed up and probably very very very naive....there is no hope for me. So i strive just to be what ever i feel like, and i find on occasions that other people that are in the "goth" subculture can hold a decent conversation without being a tottal a-hole. I still love all things dark, but ill never be able to push that belief on everyone else. haha, i hope the whole world dies in a fiery infernal of slow burning pain. WOOOO
