^lol, I don't have a problem with other looks either, but when you are walking around with cheap, dollar store halloween decorations wrapped around you, it does seem a little cheesy, no?

I would have to see. I used to be very judgmental as to how people dressed but that has long since passed. Now I sort of realize that some people can't afford/are not allowed (if you live with your parents) to look the way they want so they have to compromise. If "cheap halloween" stuff is all the person can afford, what else are they to do?
However I still don't know what a plastic chain is and I don't think I have ever seen what you described so, I don't know.
