Yes! I love reading multiple books at once. Currently, I have bookmarks in Varney the Vampire, For a Few Demons More, and The Spiderwick Chronicles: The Field Guide. I have to read that last book because my cousin wants to talk about that series with someone.

I'm currently reading the second book of Nora Roberts' Circle Trilogy; Dance of the Gods. I'm not usually into smarmy romance novels, but I started Morrigan's Cross because it's got Vampires, and I got hooked. I do not, however, plan on reading any of her other work. I recently finished ''Stiff'' by Mary Roach (I think?) and it was really good.

Tell us what you think of it when you're done. It seems to be a "Oh, I get it!" or a "Huh?!" book for most people. It's bloody brilliant either way though.

I adore Nietzsche, but I haven’t read that yet which is rather sad considering that it’s one of his most well known books. It’s on my list. 
Still, I wouldn’t say Nietzsche was light reading.

Les Miserables by Victor Hugo. So sad, but a beautifully written classic! I'm such a girl that I've cried at some of the description before in one of the reverent scenes. :D

I'm currently reading Dragons of Winter night by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. It's book two in the Dragonlance chronicles and quite good if you're into fantasy.

I think I'm about to read Being and Time (Zein und Zeit) by Heidegger.
I say I think because I see it and it scares me.
I know I'll have to read it eventually - it's the most influential work on continental philosophy - but I don't think I'm ready for it.
I'll try to read it until next time I go to the bookstore. I should read the philosophers in chronological order.

I've been trying to get through "War & Peace," this is the second attempt.
My sophmore year I was required to complete a book report on it, but I ended up writing the report but never actually "finishing" the book.
