it is the whole Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon thingy and if you have six or less degrees of separation from him then you get a Bacon rating of however many degrees of separation there are. Ex. I have a close friend Mary, Mary's Cousin is Antoinette, Antoinette is Gwyneth Paltrow's godmother, Gwyneth Paltrow was in A Perfect Murder with Will Lyman, Will Lyman was in Mystic River with Kevin Bacon. Damn it I lied I have a Bacon Rating of five (I guess I miscounted)

So, it's a bit after two in the morning here in pitch black and foggy california. I'm listening to Yes, Virginia and mentally cursing my insomnia when I realize something. You know what; I am human. I am less than perfect. I may kill myself someday, I may not. But while I'm here I'm going to write till my fingers lock up. I'm going to go to school in long skirts, corsets, and combat boots. I'm going to defy the goth stereotype by not wearing excessive eyeliner. I'm going to dance like a fucking harlot and not care who's watching! I am going to LIVE GODDAMMIT!
