Well of course if you start slicing and dicing like your chopping celery, I'm sure THAT would hurt. But just shaving the skin isn't painful at all. You need to be careful, just like you do when shaving anywhere. But there isn't pain involved with the hair removal unless you are using a REALLY dull razor. Then your scraping the hair off, and that just sucks.. o.0

I've done it ... not all the time, but sometimes. It's not painful in any way, although you are damn skippy certain to move carefully with a razor in that area.

Concerns are the same as for women shaving their privates ... and when the stubble starts growing back in, talk about itchy!

There's only one real reason to do it: Because she pays better attention to you during her oral ministrations when you are clean shaven. Most women I have known have liked sucking cock, and every one of them likes the whole area shaved.

I can't shave down there with a wet razor, as I get the same problem as Xng - painful regrowth and ingrown hairs
But I've found that an electric shaver doesn't irritate my skin half as much and shaves nearly as close!

I used to hate shaving. It would feel itching when first shaving and I thought I could never stand.

But like EPS said if you keep doing it you get used to it. I find Dove soap in cucumber and the Venus Vibrance helps keep everything in good order. I usually turn the vibration part off when doing more of the inside-ish work.

Stubble usually happens but I dont' know about the ingrown hairs....but shaving isn't for everyone. Heaven forbid you accidentally nick yourself there.....
