I just got home from my first (and currently only) college class, Western Civilization. Other than the hour long drive on a free way, which I'm not used to, since I just got my license a number of months ago, I rather enjoyed it.
My condolences to EyesofaTragedy, again. I hope that you'll be doing better soon.

DAZ-Having worked in animal clinics I knew that interesting tidbit,I've also watched dogs being nuetered, and once a dog getting spayed that the dr. couldn't find the uterus of(whoops, that's not it),scary stuff depending on the compitancy of the doctor.
RetroGoth_queen-I'm also a leo who likes long walks on the beach and horseback riding(JK)I am a leo though, and I pretty much get along with anybody whose not a complete moron,I am intolerant of bitchy/whiny people though. One of my best friends growing up was a scorpio guy.
I plan on pursuing my forensic education this fall at my local college.I'm going to be a forensic pathologist(for those of you that didn't already know). Some of my favorite sites are rotten and ogrish dot com,I'm not obsessed with dead people just fascinated by death.Does this make me morbid?I don't think so.I don't plan on killing anyone,I don't torture small animals. But my husbands dr. thinks it's a sick field to get into....lol
I grossed out a doctor....LOL
P.S.I am not a necrophiliac,I think it is a sick practice.I have heard/read about alot of necrophiliacs being morticians though and I hope that's untrue. But what better opportunity?I just hope that nothing gets poked into me after I die, because I'll.....well what can you do when you're a dead body?I just hope they get caught.

'Tis nice, Wolfmoon. I gotta clown for Solstice when I was 9.
So, Asurai, how was the class? I'm in the 10, but since I'm taking 11 and 12 grade classes this year, I'm eligible for college classes next year too.
I'm so happy,
'Cause today I found my friends are in my head...
Heh, don't know where that came from.
Preist, sweets, here's you coma, just for you.
(,) :P

It was quite good actually, thanks. I love history anyway, so it's quite interesting for me.
I'm only in grade 11, even though I have most of my graduation requirements already, but the state, for good or ill, thinks that since I scored well on the ACT, I can start college already.

We-ell... I exaggerated just a little about the "heads and eyes moving simultaneously" thing.
eyesofatragedy - Hope you feel better soon, hon.
Wolfmoon - Love the doll.

Scotland
Alas! The closest I get to Scottish blood is some drunken Scotch-Irish relative that no one knows the name of. But I love the Scots. I went to Scotland for two weeks and ended up staying for six. If anyone ever gets the chance to go to the UK, go to Scotland. It rules!!!

"Yes I am blind, NO, I am not def, SHUT UP!"
"Dude, whatever you do, do not rent 'Dude Where is My Car', I repeat, do not rent 'Dude Where is My Car?'"
-a phone message from a friend.
"No thank you, I don't smoke."
-a very very very stoned looking college student in Berkely.
"That is not possible, no way is that possible! I just had one this morning!"
-overheard phone conversation.

Re: Places to go in the UK
Shit, shit, shit. I just cut someone off on the phone... accidentally pressed the wrong button and hung up on them when I was doing a transfer. *panic*
That sure woke me up. I was buggered before and wondered why my coffee wasn't working, as I drifted into a snooze. I guess your heart just needs a kick-start, ey?

Ah those mysterious things called "raves". We just call them parties down here. About 2 years ago you could always find one to go to every Friday or Saturday night in Austin, San Marcos or my dear old saytown. And the clubs were always bringing awesome dj's in for the nights inbetween. (i.e. Dieselboy, Micro, Seb Fontaine, Richie Hawtin, etc, etc.) Course that was a while ago and things are sadly not the same.
I am feeling a little better now, thank you for your reguards.
|
Oh good, you're feeling better. You're welcome.
I'm not sure how great our clubs are - never stepped inside one...
But from what I've seen ... they shouldn't be too bad. I have no idea about the clubbing world or rave scene; am completely outside of it. My 22, 23 yo friends grew weary of clubbing two years or so ago, sooo.
Is there any apparent reason why your town doesn't have 'parties' every weekend now?

Thanx,It's just something I do.And I would seriously take Asurai's advice, out of sight out of mind.I hate to admit that in school I ran into much the same situation, but for different reasons. It is far better to be safe than sorry.Though as an adult nowadays I'm more likely to stomp the shit out of someone with my big boots. What do I have to fear?I've been through child birth with only half a dose of demerol(which wore off pretty damn quickly!).I fear nothing now.

Conversation fragment overheard in the hall at school the other day:
Guy 1: so then you take the greased stick and...
Guy 2: Wait, wait, they're greasing the stick now??
Guy 1: Yeah, I've got a whole 45 minute video...
*out of earshot*
My friend and I who had been sitting quietly in a corner up until then look at each other with shocked expressions and then simultaniously dissolve into gigglefits.
And they call -us- the weird ones!!!

Ohhhhhhh ... I so love them too.
I can't even find your basic FMB's (Fuck Me Boots) here! It's summer, so most of the boots in Perth are hibernating in a storeroom somewhere, instead of on a display shelf.
