| Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

Universal Infiltrators by Lydia Lunch.
It's this 45 minute rant with no music delivered live on June 2, '94 in Newcastle. She rants like the typical angst-ridden dressed-in-black art school chic and everything she says is true....but sentence fragments and dramatic pauses are easy and anyone could have said it just as well.
It reminds me too much of that arch-poseur of feminist angst Patti Smith, but I suspect most of Lunch's fans are too young to remember her and so Lunch seems original to them.

The Royal family go hunting, what an example to give to the people they lead and that don't include me, I've seen enough pain and torture of those who can't speak...

Prelude in C Major - J.S. Bach
Piano, played as fast as I like it:

On harpsichord, my instrument of choice for this piece, yet I cannot find a link at the moment to anyone who plays it fast enough, except for this amateur who does a fair job:

Someday I will buy a baby grand piano. I enjoy playing piano and know the scale well and a few tunes. 'Tis a pleasant pastime.
