What's the organization and what have you won an award for doing?
Well done also.

I imagine it was awarded because your new organization has accomplished change for the good. This is not to be taken lightly. I helped form a new organization to track down and reduce waste and increase profits, and it was like herding cats. It is no easy task to manage people towards a common goal.
Kudos.

It's an organization about anything.
Now, of course, it's not as vague as it sounds, but it's also not one of those very specific organizations.
Students Against Sweat Labor.
Food Not Bombs.
Environmental Advocates.
MeCha.
There's a ton of organizations like these that fight for a specific thing. Our organization is either in touch or trying to get in touch with movements and clubs like these to help out but not belong particularly to any of them.
We just do about anything we can think of doing and are capable of doing that helps the community and promotes the Left.
It has some Marxist tendencies, but in the end it's just about what we feel should be done. By having created a new group with no specific goals, we can do anything and everything we feel is appropriate.
For example, this coming semester we're going to be more active on promoting Fair Trade, ending the war with this new president (as my city's economy is heavily based on Fort Bliss this is big), and further up trying to hold Food Not Bombs events and its brother Comida No Migra.
And hell yes! I agree fully with you Humane. It's so hard to get organized with people my age that one of our motto's is "Commit to Commit."
Going with the same thing I said about no specific goals, we are more interested in getting people to commit into committing to a change rather than committing to a change, because experience tells us people will say yeah to anything, but won't have their hearts on it.
Anyway, sorry for talking so much; it just excites me.

Thank you. ^.^ I mix up my appearance a lot, I like the gentleman/'Robber Baron' appearance. I have a few dozen images of myself on my MySpace.
Couple of ones I just took fooling around with the outfit. Gave it a more punk edge. I need some anarchist/anti-authoritarian patches, though I'd like a vintage style to them.

(Note: Not a real firearm) Going for a more punk/revolutionary feel. My brother decided to dress up one of his airsoft guns with brass/gold paint on black. Just had to take a shot (pun intended) with it.

A serious 'I'm not sure what century it is' look.

I think my lil' miss might object to that. ^.^ However the complement is well received.

Lovely, as always, Honeythorn. Did someone knit/crochet that blanket?

Yes it's crocheted, but I bought it in a thrift store. My mother has crocheted many before though.
