Honeythorn you are very pretty
I love your green eyes. You are like... one of about ten people I've seen/met with green eyes. Me included

Lol, you have the inverse of my problem.
I look like a skunk right now.

I don't regret any decision I've made in my life.
This picture is why.

Got in a couple of Photos from my AT trip. I'll post the bulk of them in a week or so in a separate thread, but for now, here's some teasers:
Me in the White Mountains, so named BECAUSE YOU CAN NEVER FUCKING SEE ANYTHING IN THE FOG:
Vagabond, Chet, & me at Chet's house. Vagabond is the guy walking around the world. Chet's a cool dude who had an MSR stove explode in his face. After an 8-month coma he used the money from the settlement to open a free hostel for Thru-hikers.
Vagabond, Hangman, (SM)ellie cat, and Me at the summit of Mt. Washington. We couldn't see anything because of how crappy the weather was (30 degree windchill, 40mph winds, Rain, sleet, and hail) so we all ran outside the heated visitor's center and did a shirtless pic. Then we ran BACK INSIDE. A tourist asked us if we'd lost a bet.
Ellie and me Hiking in Southern Maine.
Ellie and me relaxing on the boat dock of some Redneck's hunting lodge in Maine.
Vagabond and me stealing said Redneck's boat to go out on the lake. First it was cool, then it got a little gay.
Ellie in the Whites, at a rare moment when we could actually see stuff.
Edit:
Us at Lake of the Clouds hut, getting ready to go up Mt. Washington. It was so cold outside, even under all that we basically had to run up the side of the mountain to keep from freezing.

Hey. This is probably a stupid question, but how do I get these images to show up?
I assume people are posting them directly here, but I don't see anything.

Catch: Do it, it's freaking gorgeous up in Maine, and if you enjoy it there's nothing like long distance hiking.
Blackbird: Are you clicking on the images? They're hotlinked, it's just hard to tell since the text is white.

No, Grizzlies are out west. There were a bunch of black bears, especially through New Jersey & New York, but they're nothing to worry about unless you don't hang your food from a tree. Black bear eat poptarts, not people. Maine is now my favorite state on the AT (though I have yet to see it in the winter, or during black fly season).
Moose are freaking scary when you see them wild for the first time. It's hard to imagine anything living could be so goddamn big.
