The picture doesn't look as impacting for a protest, but there were at least fifty other guys behind the one taking the photo.
And yeah, the cops told me to censor the word FUCK. Can they even do that?

Depends on state and local laws, in some places it is illegal to have curse words displayed in public, there are also places where you are not allowed to speak them, in those cases then yeah they can make you censor the word, in fact they could have ticketed/fined you for having it posted, sucky but true

I knew there were places where they couldn't be displayed, but there are actually places where you can't say them? That's a bit absurd.

Yeah Virginia Beach is one of those places, used to be that you couldn't curse in the presence of a lady but they changed it because guys didn't think that it was fare that girls could curse, people who live at the beach are an odd bunch
