Well, I ordered Beetlejuice on demand but then my cable box took a shit halfway through. >.>
I reallly need to buy it, and Mirrormask. They're my two favorite movies (well, two of) and I don't have either...

I used to have it on VHS, but it disappeared a few years ago. Sad, because my dad gave it to me, and he's gone now.
Mirrormask kind of freaked me out. That was a Neil Gaiman film, wasn't it?

Well, I didn't dislike it, but my brain does not process abstract well, and MM was very abstract. I would probably have to watch it over again, then I'm sure I'd appreciate it more.

Cen0bite: Awesome! One of these days, I want to catch one of his concerts.
Last night, my boyfriend made things official by proposing to me. Now we can make some -real- plans, instead of just tentative ones. ^______________________^

We were walking at a local park around the artsy part of town, just talking about stuff and enjoying the night air, when he got on one knee and asked me to marry him. ^_______^
After we put the ring on, I gave him a kiss, which is the first I've ever initiated. Ever. XD

Yep. We were already making wedding plans, and had set a date and all, but he just hadn't made it 'official' until that night.
I know it's a bit backwards, but then again, normalcy was never our style.

my roommate bought Wii Fit today. I'm not sure I like what it says about me, that I can only be bothered to exercise when it is presented to me in video game form. My int stats are good but I got to work on my str ^_^
So far I learned from it that I am underweight and need to gain 12 pounds, I'm as weak as a kitten but I have superb balance ^_^.

My girlfriend moved away today. I may never see her again, I've known this for a while, just didn't want to think about it. She's left me with a little note "Don't change for anyone, stay sweet, and stop bitching about life, because it's not that bad for you." She's great, and I'll miss her.... well, back to the the burning*Jumps onto a horse, he looks back, and sees that a rope is tied nice and tight on the tree stump, and nice and tight around his waist, he kicks the horse slightly hard with his feet. The end result is not what Duane expected*Damn it...

Time to sleep.
Work tomorrow.
Possibly casual clothing on Friday.
Continued search for a new home. Damn it. Need a stable place to live.

Anyone know any good art schools? I heard the UNLV has a good art program, but ... well, grades aren't up to *****, and yeah.... so if you could help... I'd... give you a back massage? The Duane gives good back massages.

Anyway, aren't there any ad-pages you could look at, where people rent out a room or so for some time?

"A good friend of ours said that if the same laws were applied to U.S. Presidents as were applied to the Nazis after World War II that every single one of them, every last rich white one of them, from Truman on would've been hung to death and shot. And this current administration there's no exception. They should be hung and tried and shot...as any war criminal should be.
But the challenges that we face they go way beyond administrations, way beyond elections, way beyond every four years of pulling levers, way beyond that, because this whole rotten system has become so vicioulsy cruel that in order to sustain itself it needs to destroy entire countries and profit from their reconstruction in order to survive. thats not a system that changes every four years, it is a system that we have to break down generation after generation after generation..." - Zach De La Rocha.

Meth, mon diable ravissant, I cannot just move east, no matter how I'd like to.
I've been looking at ad pages, but everywhere I've looked at has come up with one of three barriers-
- the ad was posted by a male of dubious providence who is seeking only single female flatmates between the ages of 19 and 25
- the ad states that they are not accepting anyone under the age of 23
- they do not reply when I contact them.
It's a bloody nightmare How is a 20 year old female with a full time guaranteed job and no pets, no children, no dependants, no credit card debt and no smoking habits such a difficult person to find a flat for? I fit EVERY criteria that the damn advertisers want, but am somehow too young!

Now this floods my already envious mind and soul with jealousy enraged.
Even teenagers in Las Vegas are seeing Voltaire?
My life sucks.
At least I got to see Siouxsie before dying.
(sigh)
