Hello Beowulf! *waves* We're having a bonfire ^_^. I have discovered that bamboo canes make a loud POP when they burn. I reckon it's the trapped air between the individual sections exploding out of the wood when it expands with the heat. FUN!

Ohhh this is so much better. My headphones work again.
The sounds form in my head now, rather than being one ear or the other- properly balanced headphones contribute in such a way that the sound surrounds and fills the mind intensely and beautifully.
It's lovely. Shimmering cascades of music, rippling and flowing around the skull.

*sticks an antenna out * ...I feel rather invisible today, I went shopping and people were just barging past like I wasn't there. I'm one and a half people , how can they not see me coming and just walk around me instead of through me?

Well I was supposed to go today. Tomorrow instead.
It's the happy and sad drama masks. The happy one on the backside of my
left arm with the words "In joy" inscribed in a scroll around the mask
and the sad one on the back of my right arm with "and sorrow" inscribed.
Symbolizing all me and my soon to be wife have gone through. It's also
a HIM reference, whether or not everyone hates them or not I've been
a fan going on 7 years now. It means a lot to me.

HMPH. No. I have my eyeball on a REALLY nice short leather jacket. It's a hellish price, but I want it badly and have plans for it.

No in a shop in town. Ebay is slightly useless for me in terms of buying clothing. At my size you have to be really careful what shape things are. I need to be able to try something on so as to make sure it fits right and doesn't make me look even worse. I can't do that until an item arrives in the post and if it's not right then I'd have to go through the fandango of sending the bloody thing back.

Ah. Understandable. I bought some flesh tunnels for my earlobes
last week that turned out to be garbage. Cut my ear a little. :/
Oh well, I have good ones now. :]

While I am pleased that I seem to keep my figure despite my incredibly bad eating habits, I'm starting to wonder why it's going on like that. I only walk a few miles a day, not much, and take in plenty of food like pizza, curry, and biscuits.
I'm happy to have the shape I do, certainly, but the consistently visible ribs and fact I can feel all the bones in my arms seems a bit strange.

I'll be MORE than happy to swap. Any day .Because despite my actually pretty healthy eating habits and very regular and extensive walking, I can't lose anything.

Look at it from the bright side, you don't gain anything either I suppose?

I have slowly over the years. Some of the weight is muscle I will accept that, my huge arms aren't all fat, I can throw a heavy short pallette onto a six foot stack with no trouble. But I'm still 8 stone too heavy for my height. I might ask about the prices of a new-ish Gym in town I think. The most popular one in the area is too expensive!
