Today I kept wondering myself:
"When the fuck did I became an anarchist?"

Heh, sometimes I try really hard to remember when I became a Buddhist. I have no memory of making that decision.

Weight loss is also possible when you spend your summer as an unpaid intern and you get very.. broke.

Haha! No bribe needed, reading anything you write is a pleasure in itself.

Uh...what story? I must have missed it somewhere...

Me,too. I don't know why did the parents expected their child to believe what they believed.

My teacher was yelling at me "That's an evil's act!! Go to the church and ask for your forgiveness!!"

And I was like "I'm not christian..."

That takes me back >.> Until I was ten or eleven all the schools in Newfoundland were run by churches, protestants had their schools and catholics had theirs, and we had to pray every morning and had bible study classes, and for special occasions like Remembrance Day or the last day before Christmas break we'd have to go to Church for a sermon. We never learned about other religions until grade eight. And in grade nine for some weird reason it was back to Bible study. And in grade 12 I took a course called Ethical Issues, the text book as as old as dirt and insisted that other religions were evil. It was especially bad when we learned about the occult, and my teacher wanted to do a seance *facepalm*

When I was little I went to a Catholic school, and I argued with the nuns.

I still have a really nasty bruise on my arm from Tuesday, should I be worried? It hasn't really changed color, faded, or gotten any smaller and it still hurts like a bitch, maybe it is just taking longer than normal to heal because it is at a joint that moves a lot.

On a more positive note other than the bruise I feel completely healthy.

TBE, I would argue with the nuns just on general principles.
Ophie, try mixing some wheat germ with the granola, and bananas. Yumm.
Solumina, wish I'd seen this earlier. Would have suggested cold and hot packs, alternated, with Tylenol -- but you have to do that at the offset to get the bruises to go away. (If they are recalcitrant (being stubborn) yes, do go see your doctor). Try warm showers. Sometimes that helps.
$haDe, sorry for the bad experience. (Sometimes I wonder if religious 'jerks' are actually out to give religion a bad name. Seems like it).

My big thing was the trinity. I was always getting pissed at the nuns when they tried to tell me God and Jesus were the same person and demanding they show me a scripture that actually used the word "trinity".
They never answered me.

TBE, actually you are correct. There is nothing in the Bible that mentions the trinity. There is, however, somewhere where Jesus says, "I and the Father are one." Can't remember where, though.
