I was reading an article by Roger Ebert about the Amazon associate program, and followed a link to find the book "How to Live with a Huge Penis". While that would be amusing enough, I love that in the recommendation section titled FREQUENTLY BOUGHT TOGETHER, they list the book with "Chia Obama Handmade Decorative Planter" and ...
... the Bill Clinton Corkscrew.
Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha!

I'm also amused by looking at the "LOOK INSIDE" preview of that book, where on page 123 in the Glossary section, the following entry is listed.
sandpaper mode The vagina's natural defense mechanism, in which all moisture is sucked out to prevent the penetration of a foreign body; a common reaction to sex with a huge penis.
I'm amused, but I hope this doesn't sell a lot of copies. I think any book that gets mileage out of claiming Mary Todd Lincoln's struggles with mental illness were a byproduct of the stress of her frequent encounters with Abe's horselike genitals should be checked out of the library, not bought.

Also, today is Leonard Nemoy's 80th birthday. I'm having a little trouble wrapping my head around that - logically, it makes sense, but ...
Anyway, I caught George Takei's tweet celebrating the occasion, used it to follow Leonard and when I looked at Nimoy's Twitter profile I learned that he has
*gasp*
AN ETSY STORE!
Everybody else may have known about this already, but I found it VERY COOL!

Serenity's a pretty good movie.
"Look, do you wanna run this ship?"
"YES!"
"Well... you can't."

Serenity rocks! I have a huge crush on Dillon. I loved the scene where Wash is doing the fancy flying through the ravine and then the camera pans back and you see the reapers flying above the ravine waiting for them to come out.
What made my day pumping this through the car stereo while driving solo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ckPfk3Lu8PU
I feel like a road trip... or maybe just more pushing the car the its limits...

Yeah, they were the heroic comic relief.
Adam Baldwin is pretty much the same on Chuck with the intelligence dialed up a bit and the accent gone, but same attitude ... and that works okay. He could fill roles like that for a lifetime.
I've seen Alan Tudyk (Wash) in other things since and his range is pretty incredible. I hope his movie "Tucker & Dale vs. Evil" finds a distributor so it can get widespread theatrical release ... the clips I've seen have been hilarious!
The story is that a bunch of teenagers go into the woods, and one by one they're getting killed off. And the kids all think it's this pair creepy hillbillies that they see living there. But the fact is that the kids are just getting killed in grisly accidents that the hillbillies see and are horrified by ... they reach the conclusion that the kids have all come into the woods to commit suicide. So they keep trying to catch up to the kids to tell them, "Hey, you don't have to do this!" Which the kids misinterpret ... and so the running gag goes.
You should watch THE TRAILER. For a parody of classic slasher pics, the premise is a good one. And Alan Tudyk has got the comedic skills to pull it off.

Ben - that movie looks hiliarious! I love how one group thinks one thing and the other something different - that's so up my alley! Thanks XD
What made my day - the smile on the face of the lady at the boutique when I returned a top she put in my bag by mistake when I bought an outfit yesterday. It was part of another outfit and they couldn't sell the other outfit without it.

A sweet kitty living in the most busy and full of traffic place in the city. I actually planned taking her home or something until someone who came to feed her told me she's quite local already. That's amazing.
I should carry around cat food with me. Definetly.

anonymous one-liner found on the internet:
A man walks into a library and says, "I hope you don't have a book on reverse psychology."
