i have recently had idea for a short story, unfortunatly it is still incomplete, but i would like to post what i have so far here. here is a short synopsis of the story: who dictates being able to turn into a vampire? who decides the perfect person to become the undead? we have no clue. welcome to the world of vampires, here you never know who will turn and who will remain human.
vampires must feed to live, but it comes with a price, as soon as you feed you must watch your prey very carefully, for they could become one the undead purely by accident. in this story a girl had been accidentally turned, like all other vampires, follow her as her life changes in unexpected ways. learn with her as she is told the secrets of being a vampire, and what that means for the rest of humanity.

The whole bit

People are getting sick of hearing about vampires and /or people turning into vampires. And I am kind of assuming that the protagonist will turn out to be a mary-sue.

indeed, though i personally love vampires (though i agree that people are getting way too into them at the moment) so i really want this story to work out
