I visit Gothic.net very, very rarely, and post to this blog even less.

Apparently, I'm in a writing mood today. Also, I don't think I've really expounded on the concert that we went to two weeks ago.
A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I got to see TBM in concert in Atlanta. They put on a seriously rockin' show, and we were NOT disappointed! Before they came on, however, there were two other bands. Dommin, a fairly new band, was really cool; they had some original material that rocked in the classic Goth sense, and also did an excellent job of a Depeche Mode song. I wasn't too sure about them when they first came out, but after a song or two, I was really into them; I can't wait for their CD to come out in September!
Now, as good as those two were, we also got cursed with having to endure "I Am Ghost" for what seemed like an eternity. [We were in the "Hell" level of the club, and indeed, it felt like it. -_-;;;;]
I'm not a fan of screamo, and neither is my Beloved, so all we could do was wait it out until the torment was over. If you're a fan of that type of noise [I can't really call it "music" since I couldn't rightly detect any; there was only a lot of screaming and someone slowly torturing an electric guitar to death], then you will love "I Am Ghost". If not, then I don't suggest them. At all.
In the end, though, it was an excellent show, and well worth the drive and the price. My only regret was that Dommin wasn't on for longer, and IAG was on for what felt like far -too- long.
In conclusion, I highly recommend going to this concert, if it's going to be close to your area [and if you like any of the bands]. You most definitely WON'T be disappointed!
