It's been a long time since I have returned to my old self. I had tried to be true to the wishes of my family and those around me. It failed, as many suspected it would. Why try and fit in when I am meant to stand out. I am back to myself and back to my art.
I have returned to the community that accepted me first and longest. I am ashamed of my defecting to the other side in hopes of making those family and friends happy who no longer matter. I am back.
