Contrary emotions flutter their leathery wings in the night over my bed as I lay awake, staring at the ceiling:

Every parent wants to see their children grow up and leave the nest, and to part on happy and loving terms.

But every grandparent loves to see their grandchildren and to spend time with them.

So when my daughter moves out, and takes her son (my grandson) with her, I am glad to see her leave (not glad in the sense of animosity, but in pride),...

Everyday... before I started this diet, I used to drink 3 if those 12 ounce pops, sometimes 4. To top it off, I'd usually have a couple of those little bags of twizzler bits, a bear claw, and alot of other junk foods. After alot of lectures from mich vater, I started cutting back alot. I stopped snacking on chips, bread, drank less soda and started to exercize. Almost everyday I get on the bike and pedal for 20 minutes, and at wok I do jumping jacks a set of 30 every hour.

It appears that I can't delete any entries, but I -can- edit them.

I have to wonder, however, what the point of a blog is if you can't delete your own posts at will. That just seems weird..

..which -is- par for the course around here lately.

I work in a little grocery store in the poor side of town, despite being situated in ... Utah... not being able to accept EBT and WIC, it's pretty cool.

Unlike that other job at Smith's, we don't play some lame tape over and over. Got decent tunes here, Eagles, Boston, Heart, Fleetwood Mac and several more, like the bands I listed in the last blog.

Recently, a Federal Tax was introduced making the price of cigarettes go up a dollar! This is not including the state tax...
