not long ago
i met a beautiful flower
growing
in a field of weeds

she was so unhappy
and could not see the sun
so angry at herself
and taking it out
on everyone

she yelled at me
and i listened
she yelled some more
and i listened more
she asked my why
why would i
even care

you are such a beautiful
