It is, I'd totally wear that with a full death rock ensemble. (Yes, even though it says "men's" on the label, labels are stoopid.)

This is more of a fashion issue and actually, I don't like it. I always worry about jewelry falling off, so it would be better with a clasp. In fact, without the clasp I am positive it is not sterling silver.

Might not wear it, but I'd certainly find some use for it. Jewelry also looks good on furniture or knick-knacks well placed around the house

It does look awesome but from experience of cuff bracelets, they don't always fit everyone just right and can be a bit of a nuisance to wear everyday. So if there's an issue with that, maybe add a chain to it to close it off and it'll be even better imo.

To be honest, it looks really uncomfortable. It also depends on the rest of your outfit. If you wear something spiky and death-metalish, you shouldn't wear that. But if you wear something feminine and beautiful, you may be able to pull it off.
Also, does the label really say "men"? It is really feminine o.o

My guess is that the labelling says "Dead-Mans cuff bracelet" as in the skull being a "dead-mans" symbol.. like a Jolly Roger flag.

Not that it's a man's cuff bracelet.

You could just fuck the gender-binary and wear whatever you feel like.

Well, depends on the man. I wouldn't wear it.
I grew a god damned beard to stop people from confusing me with a girl :P
It's basically all the thin, twirly thingies and the general shape of it. It doesn't exactly scream masculinity.
