Should i get tights?

So, on Weds Imma go git my man from the airport! WHEE!! I'm going to wear this dress

And I have this cute little cardigan to go with it because it's been a little chilly still, lately.

I am thinking about getting black, white or red tights to wear with it. Would red tights be too much?

You'd have to change your shoes if you wore tights and I like the outfit as is.

Red tights would look wrong with this. Besides, you'd have to go for closed toe shoes to keep it looking classy if you had tights. The only thing I would suggest if I may, is that you maybe get a belt to pull your waist in a little more, just to add definition.

What width of belt? What color? Will a belt still look OK with the cardigan being worn?

A red belt would be an eye-popper, drawing a lot of attention to your waist and would probably stick out from under the cardi - a black belt would disappear into the dress and cardi.

A wider belt to show off your waist, BUT I'd only wear a belt if I was not going to wear the cardi - but that's just me... because I think you look too darn cute with the cardi.
