Firstly, by starting a thread, anyone would feel the compulsion to read it. By posting a pathetic-emo-pubescent title, such as this priceless gem, it forces me -or any other member of the boards that cares about the state of the forums, to say something.
Secondly, watch your fucking spelling and grammar. CAPITAL LETTERS wouldnt hurt.
Thirdly, stop being emo about women. They will walk over you for the rest of your fucking life if you cave into their shit. Get over it.
Lastly, don't you ever fucking speak to me that way again...clear?!?
Now...i trust you have learned from this? Further miserable whining should go into the thread appropriately named. And any angry ranting, should do the same.

I don't understand what your definition is. How couldn't THC be a drug?

Because a drug is something that's created artificially, or is artificially derived from natural sources (like cocaine). In other words, if it occurs naturally and is used in its natural form, like marijuana, it's not a drug.

If you inject or inhale it, yes.
Albeit not a very pleasant one, I imagine.

Is plastic administered to cure diseases or alleviate symptoms? Or to get high? Obviously I wasn't refering to stuff that isn't used as medication or to get high with.

It's used for both of those things.
I think you should modify your definition of drug. I don't care, personally, it just seems like it would make it easier on you.
Maybe keep in mind that "drug" doesn't have to be a bad word?

I hope your never going to be a doctor if you keep coming up with your unfounded and illogical interpretations of what the word drug means.

Well, you ARE allowed to make threads on whatever you want, but if they're expressed the way you did this one, expect people to look down on you.
And yes, it is a rule that you spell like she does.
Unless she spells something incorrectly.
In which case, it is a rule that you spell BETTER than she does.

Really. I've never heard of doctors administering 50 mg of plastic, or of people going to their dealer and buying a quarter ounce of plastic.

I think it's fine. Other people taking my definition out of context doesn't make it harder on me at all.

Allow me to finish the drug argument:
Drug:
–noun 1. Pharmacology. a chemical substance used in the treatment, cure, prevention, or diagnosis of disease or used to otherwise enhance physical or mental well-being.
2. (in federal law) a. any substance recognized in the official pharmacopoeia or formulary of the nation.
b. any substance intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in humans or other animals.
c. any article, other than food, intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of humans or other animals.
d. any substance intended for use as a component of such a drug, but not a device or a part of a device.
3. a habit-forming medicinal or illicit substance, esp. a narcotic.
4. drugs, a. chemical substances prepared and sold as pharmaceutical items, either by prescription or over the counter.
b. personal hygienic items sold in a drugstore, as toothpaste, mouthwash, etc.
5. Obsolete. any ingredient used in chemistry, pharmacy, dyeing, or the like.
–verb (used with object)
6. to administer a medicinal drug to.
7. to stupefy or poison with a drug.
8. to mix (food or drink) with a drug, esp. a stupefying, narcotic, or poisonous drug.
9. to administer anything nauseous to.
—Verb phrase10. drug up, to take a narcotic drug: The addict prowled about for a place to drug up.
—Idiom11. drug on the market, a commodity that is overabundant or in excess of demand in the market. Also, drug in the market.

Who said it was?
|
For the first part: plastic is used in medical facilities all the time, and people get high off of plastic. It's not common, but that doesn't matter, since we weren't discussing how common the practice is.
Second part: Ok.
Third part: No one outright said that, but it seems like people who say "pot isn't a drug" are saying that to distinguish it from things that are much more harmful. "Drug" is often used in a negative context, so it's perfectly reasonable that I thought perhaps your distaste for the word "drug" was for that purpose.
