Why am I even upset?!
Okay, so there's this girl I am acquainted with. We're not really friends. Before knowing she existed I dated two of her exes. It was a weird coincidence that makes me feel gross and creepy. We have at least 20 mutual good friends.
Some of y'all might remember that guy I took forever to dump. Well, he was one of those exes. And I just found out that him and her are together again.
I could have sworn I was totally over it. I'm with someone else, everything is hunky dory-but when I found out I was like crushed. And I don't understand why I even care, but I do.
Does that mean that I'm not over the relationship, or does that mean I'm just possessive? WHY DO I CARE i?!?!?!?!

It takes awhile to get over past relationships. It might be something else completely. You mentioned two exes amongst a group of 20 friends first. Maybe you are worried they are saying rude things to your new gf and they'll end up in relationships and you'll end up alone.
It is a lot like territory (that I might explain in a blog). If you have met mutual friends on your own, without the previous gfs around, they like you for you and you have equal rights to be hanging around. In addition, you fit in; therefore, the current gf will probably like and even love you. There is no real threat, but maybe stay on your toes and spend extra time with them to make sure you are number one in the relationship.

Pineapple... are you trying to say it was okay for you to move on, but he had to be miserable or alone?
You dumped him. It's none of your business, really. You seem like a smart girl. You were probably thinking the exact same thing.

I'd say its more of a possessive thing than a secret regret. Its bothered me before when exes would date certain people, or even strangers, but you get over it.
Or maybe its the worry that when you bump into him you might not be the one who's necessarily winning in the "my life is so much better without you" game XD

Homie I know people who are happily married but get sad when they see an ex get hitched. It's just one of those things innit, emotional ties are rarely cut completely.

Waste of time to let it bother you too much, hun. You're obviously with someone you care about now and you broke up with the other for a good reason, right? Hard as it is(and I'm one to talk) don't let it eat at you. *hugz*
There's only one person from my past that could make me feel like that and it is totally the 'regrets' thing. We didn't end on a bad note and that may have been the problem. I hope he is having a wonderful life.

What's REALLY gonna drive you nuts is how he's going to consider himself unbelievably lucky that you were just enough of a jerk to dump him.

That's why instead of breaking up with a girl, I'll just set her house on fire. It's usually easier for both of us.
I want to say you're being a little possessive, but I don't know you very well and I'm not familiar with the nature of the relationship you had.

I guess she just wanted him to be miserable while she went after a better mate.

People have negative feelings all the time. I'd say pineapple was being a dick if he acted on them, but merely having a feeling that one recognizes as being not quite appropriate? That's called being human.
I'm not the expert in relationship advice, but I do know that humans have all sorts of odd not-quite-appropriate feelings all the time.

I have not-quite-appropriate feelings for my shower head.

Would it be inappropriate to feel sad if you found out it had been seeing other people?

Is having 20 good friends really something you can't comprehend?

Yeah, a good friend isn't necessarily a BFF.
Anyway, I'm with the troll on this one. If you get to move on, then so does he. You can't help how you feel, but you can have a word with yourself and recognise that you have no right to be pissed off about any of this.
