Yes it's amazing. You see, I was so manifested in my joy that I had to leave the gloomy domain that is Gothic.net for a span of about an hour or so.

And Fruitbat, we'll have nothing to worry about if I win. Plus I don't know what JCC looks like so I can't say whose face is prettier and therefore which will be a bigger loss on Gnets' part.

You're prettier Sinjob. Dark eyes are wonderful, but your smile is amazing.
You have to win now.
JCC - the girl in the photo is gorgeous - is that really a picture of you? Another baby bat!!

So young and yet still knows about casettes?
Not deliirious, just admiring a pretty face, like Humane Pain did and then got a blasting from everyone because of it.

OMG!! now I know what it is... I was at exactly the same place in the 1980's when I went to the UK. Wow the place hasn't changed.
Aw, such fond memories of food, and more food. Maybe we were there on the same day?
I was there on the third Tuesday, in June? you?

Okay, I'm serious. Really!
This is a picture of me when I was 15, in England on a bleedin' deckchair that took me 20 minutes to put up (that my dad thought was hilarious - which for him was one chuckle), but I was determined to sit in the Scottish sun (I think it was 10 degrees or something ridiculous).
My pesky sister took the photo and I was mumbling something along the lines of "Will you just go find a bus to play under."(that's why I look so pissed).
The book is Ryder Stacey's doomsday warrior, which helped me get through three months in the UK with my crusty family (nothing like a post-Apocalyptic romance (that's right I remember everyone gave me a hard time for reading these books, because I should have been reading Enid-friggin-Blyton). And yes I was buying the books new, off the shelf (so carbon date that!)
The photo is shite because I had to take a picture of the photo to upload the stupid thing.
The outcome of this holiday, was I discovered I had a thing for Scottish accents, particularly after a bus load of boys shouted "Show us your tits" as the bus went past. Maybe that's why I had a thing for David Tennent.

Haha the drinking age is 19, but in Québec it's 18. Booyah for the hull run. Dry to drunk in less than an hour.

What's the driving age over there? We get our 'official' learners at 16 (but I think they are trying to raise it)
Why do they (the Australian government) think we are responsible enough to drive a lethal weapon at 16, yet can't have sex or get drunk until 18? I've never figured that out.

Same here with driving. It's 16, but (in ontario at least) just legislated that drivers under 25 can't have any blood alcohol. And no idea, you can't rent a car most places under 25 as well I think

16 to get your permit, I think you have to have it for a year but they cut that time if you take Young Drivers, I think. But yeah you can't rent until your 25, I think thats an insurance thing.
