OM I am glad to hear that you are working on things but I don't want you to try and fool yourself into thinking that you are even close to being over your depression. If you started treatment immediately after leaving then at this point the meds would just be starting to take full effect and therapy wouldn't have produced much of a tangible result. You still need to work on getting yourself better and in my opinion returning to the boards at this point is only going to push you further back into depression as you do not yet have the strength to ignore the harsh comments that we all know you will receive.
