It's real.
And it's really real.
Edit: Would that be called telescopic generations, or is that only used in describing parthenogenesis?

I didn't think we did! I don't even know how you feel in terms of adoption vs fostering!
So I'm doing homework about media depictions of the paranormal vs belief in the paranormal, and while I think there's more to it than suggested (for example the conclusion of the particular study we're reading is that belief in the paranormal is positively correlated to exposure to the paranormal in media, provided you do not have any previous personal experience to the paranormal, but I'm thinking you need to have some cultural basis for what is absorbed. For example belief in fairies is pretty common here despite little media about it, and shows and movies about witches hasn't necessarily made a lot of people believe in witchcraft), it does kinda creep me out that we absorb beliefs from the media like that. I think I'm going to see if I can dig up similar studies in terms of bigotry (sexism, racism, transphobia, etc) vs media portrayals, it sadly wouldn't really surprise me.

I saw a hilarious gif and was going to post it, but reconsidered due to risk of getting eye sporked.

I don't think fostering an alien mean becoming a guardian of an extraterrestrial.

So I was finally able to reinstall Firefox and after getting rid of Chrome, they got their panties in a twist. After filling out why I didn't want to use them anymore, my malware software, in all it's great paranoia, said that Google likes to leave you with some malicious software.
Way to go Google, you act like a psycho former lover.
Greetings Geo! Come to the treehouse, we have lots of cookies and sweet loving pitbulls

People suck.
The worst part about them is that they exist.
Disclaimer: This naturally does not include people on GNet. You guys are amazeballs.

Did I mention? I loathe group work, at least at school....
I did not whip up a bad design to exaggerate.
This was an actual "product" from our last assignment held up against an early sketch of my portfolio.
In this group project, I was locked out from touching our code on day two.
For some reason, our "group leader" decided that because he was six months ahead of me in terms of time spent at school, I knew nothing about anything and should therefore shut up and keep my nose out of our project.
Needless to say, when all was said and done, he did not turn out to be very good at anything other than polishing his massive ego.
When we finished our project, we had a "product" that sucked so hard that any professional vacuum cleaning company would come up and ask us how we managed that.
I could have fixed a great number of our flaws had I only been allowed to touch our product and not bullied into shutting up.
Also, our design would not have looked like it came from "Top 10 Worst Websites on the Internet" -.-
*SIGHS*
I hate group work, ok?

Oh sweetie, if you keep thinking people suck then that's all they will do. Try and be positive like:
Yes, there are dickheads in this world... or even more positive - maybe they are having a bad day too...
Although I personally think there are a lot of dickheads in this world, and my job is to learn how to ignore them.
Turning my issues of people not supporting me in my new business venture, into fuel for my internal fire, to drive me forward, onward and upward.

We are the definition of awesome.
13 days til Christmas. Friday the 13th tomorrow. What a treat to be surrounded with a lucky number.
So do you think that if you think positively about your goals, say 80% of the time, the other 10-15% your brain is thinking about having tea with ape, and the last 5% of the time, your brain is cussing all the stupid things that people do, well, do you think that counts as positive thinking?
TR... I warned you that cats were going to rule the world... In that movie, they will use some crazy cat mind control powers, you know the sort that have you rushing out of the house, to buy cat food at 10pm at night because kitty won't have any breakfast in the morning if you don't....They will have the entire audience trained up to be their army of servants...
... sigh.. I've spent too much time away from my creative writing pursuits....I'm making up stories about everything...
