For Some It Might Be. It Only Strains Them Because Some People Weren't Trained To Do It. You See More Than One Word At A Time Which Helps You Read Faster.

I'll answer all questions you may have once you start writing in a proper manner that doesn't require me to strain my eyes to the maximum to read. I usually read through an average post in seconds, yours take well over 10 seconds per post.
