Yes they are. If you think they are not, then explain why.

The changes that will be implemented in America if they move forward with the reform will bring America in to the 20th (not 21st) century and put its health care on par with every other industrialised nation in the world which all currently have socialised health care.

All the horror stories the right wing continue to spew are crap. Look at any other country with a government option and see how well it works in the real world.
