Romeo's Distress - Christian Death.

Wow, it's been absolutely WAY too long since I last heard Rozz's voice flooding from my speakers.

Cool

Celtic Frost `Rex Irae`

One of my favourite songs of the `Into The Pandemonium` album, its amazing what an influence this band has had on alot of the metal today, I think this is one of the earliest examples of a song with a female soprano singing an opera part (this was back in 1987) in a song (`Necromantical Screams` off the previous album `To Mega Therion` must be the earliest), which is now common place in Symphonic metal bands etc.

Classic Celtic Frost !!!.

Classic Celtic Frost !!!.
I mentioned on some thread a long time ago the origins of female fronted symphonic metal and carelessly forgot to include Celtic Frost. I only talked about Paradise Lost's 'Gothic'. I'm glad you brought it up!

Anyways, Bat For Lashes 'Daniel'.

Listening to Nightwish on Slacker Radio.

I'm digging the operatic sound combined with modern instruments. Still haven't figured out if it's 'goth' or metal, but I've decided it doesn't really matter. XD
