I heard today is the Day of the Dead in Mexico, but then I thought: EVERY day is the Day of the Dead. Everywhere. Even in Denmark.

I am depressed Even the fat persons shop doesn't have boots that fit my legs. Half the women in there are twice the size of me and I still can't get boots with a big enough calf :____(
I am now in posession of a LOT of nail varnish though ^_^ 8 bottles! I am doing a nail art course so it isn't for pure greed My nails are now stark white!

White? To be used as undercoating or you just like the color?

Just cut down the side, and install a zipper. That's what I've had to do several times. If you don't feel comfortable doing it, I'm sure that there's a cobbler in your area, who would do it for next to nothing.

You can also cut a triangle in the back, and add a bit of stretchy material. Believe me, I've been through the same trials and tribulations. There's always a way to DIY yourself out of it.

They had those in as well. They are designed to be wider. And they still were not wide enough. How do you shrink calves? I already walk everywhere ( which may be the problem....)

Hmm... Well, those were my two smoking guns. They always tended to work out pretty well for me. My last suggestion would be to find a cobbler in you area, and ask if there's anything else to be done about it.
Can't help with the shrinking calves. Mine have been the same size since high school, no matter how my weight may have fluctuated.
Good luck,
-R.

So...is there a reason you're talking about your breast size out of nowhere, or...?

It's the randomness thread.. and I feel like complaining.
Is that alright, or should I take it to the whining thread?

I'm not really directing this at you, Korinna, but it seems like people call me "Ophie" when they're trying to get under my skin, but I actually really like it.

Yes, but people tend to look strangely when I start talking to the books. Honestly, they're good fellas.

That was actually a term of.. affection?
I don't dislike you; we just have our disagreements. In fact, I think that in person, we would probably get along great, as we seem to have a lot in common.

Huh, I don't see it.
But I'm glad you used it affectionately.
