America's Next Top Model
This show is one of my great guilty pleasures, I just love to sit down on Sunday nights watch all the idiotic, bitchy drama between the "models-in-training" , I love to watch Tyra Banks go off her fucking rocker, yet again.
I also really enjoy the fashion side of it all, some of the outfits are nice and some of the finished photos are simply amazing, the challenges are often fun to watch as are the learning sessions on posing and walks and so forth.
Anyone else like this show?

I have been watching the Norwegian equivalent, yeah, but that was mainly because I sort of knew one of the participants.

I know there are a few different versions, I knew there was Norwegian and I think there's also Canada's Next Top Model.
I really am a sucker for it and Victoria's Secret and FashionTrend magazines....

I used to watch it a bit, not much though. I liked the American one better than the Canadian one, actually the girl who won the first Canada's Next Top Model did a few modelling jobs afterwards and then quit, apparently she didn't like modelling much and was anorexic, and couldn't deal with the pressure to stay skinny when she was trying to get better.

The real thing was much funnier. (I just finished watching it)
ANTM funny moments on Youtube are rather hilarious, though they missed a few.

Yeah, I watch it. The shoots are often pretty cool, but Tyra really does a great job of making me hate her more and more in every episode.

Hahahaha, sometimes I love Tyra and sometimes I hate her, but I don't get some of the girl's obsession with her, like when they meet her for the first time all they talk about is how beautiful she is for about 15 minutes of their initial interview.

I used to watch it for the first few seasons then I stopped. My favorite part was always when they had the makeovers. It was always interesting to guess who would have the "dramatic moment". Its always "Tyra, I'm willing to do anything for modeling" until the pair of scissors makes an appearance.
