Contemplating what movie I'll watch later tonight. It's a toss-up between Full Metal Jacket and Soylent Green.

Currently battling between: a) working on the riffs for a new track I'm writing, b) playing Dragon Age Origins on the xbox 360 and c) sleeping.

My adherent lack of sleep seems to be winning the bout. ><

Trying to write a stupid creative writing journal thing I have to do. I don't want to pretend to be an Israelite and talk about wandering in the desert.

Can you change it up to pretend to be Death during Passover?

How about complaining about that guy with the white hair up front that seems to have no idea where he's going? What kind of God would put a guy with Alzheimer's in charge of getting you to the Promised Land?

Also, btw, I think they moved the Promised Land to Orlando, Florida. I saw it on a billboard.

No wait... the Holy Land!

I just measured Mr. Kitty because his pants are all falling off and he and I are the same waist size

So, I really don't need the extra calories in this Killian's Irish Red but it's already been cracked open so *shrug*... I will enjoy it while I finish putting together picture discs for MIL. All of hers got lost in a hard drive crash ages ago and I'm hoping that I can replace a good majority of the ones she took while visiting us.

lol... no, I am actually sorry. What kind of bird is it? We have an Umbrella Cockatoo here. I feel your misery!

I am eating hearty, chunky, split pea soup with extra yumminess added in and am contemplating bathing in one form or another.

Dusting the keys of my piano with a paint brush (why are pianos and keyboards such dust magnets) !!!.

Husband is off carousing with other dudes. I am enjoying the empty house, watching The Chronicles of Narnia, cross-stitching, and contemplating making chocolate cake. Because apparently I'm an old lady now.

Mew, Mew Beowulf! I'm doing well, thanks!

Ooh, you have a real piano? My parents had one for a while when I was in Elementary school and I even took lessons for a while. A couple years after we gave up on me being serious about the instrument I think they sold it to one of the instrument stores in their area. I think they are such dust magnets because of their smooth, flat surface.

I'm trying to enjoy my empty house. Trying to decide on a bunch of things such as if I'm going to turn on the World Series or find something different to watch; if I'm going to have something hot and non-alcoholic (like tea or cocoa) or if I shall start imbibing the Jagermeister; and also what I'm going to feed myself for dinner. I don't think I've ever really had to worry about cooking for one and I feel absolutely clueless.

I need to put on a sweater or something. It's chilly tonight (truly! It's 36*F but breezy so it feels like 30*F) and I'm getting all goose-bumpy.

Did you decide on something excellent for dinner? I always make the most awkward food decisions when I'm alone...

LOL... I had left over 'fully loaded' split pea soup, Easy Mac and Sprite. With Grape Vines for dessert.

At least it wasn't a pair of cheesy meatball Hot Pockets again That was dinner last night and lunch today. The belleh was starting to get desperate and thought that would be the only option.
