I hate my school at the moment...

I know, it sounds cliché.
But this is not a normal burnout. This is pure and utter hate.
For a while now, I have been feeling like killing someone whenever I'm at school, and I really do not wish to go.
The headmistress is a bitch who acts like she's PMSing all the time, yelling at the students when she pleases and appearently does not like me.
I could live with this.
What really ticks me off and disgusts me is a classmate of mine.
He is yelling constantly, and his voice gets louder and louder the more excited he gets, ending up with him shouting at us.
Furthermore, he could not keep his pornography habbits to himself, and so we are all unwillingly aware that he likes... stuff that should not be seen by human eyes.
On top of all of this, he started the first 6 weeks we knew him out by telling us that he's a convicted pedophile sentenced to serve a treatment because he touched a 9-year old girl at that time.
I am sorry that all of you had to suffer over my rant, but it was either that or breaking his face.

Don't do it, Anarsh! Seriously though, I'm no sage, but I know that life is just bullshit sometimes, plain and simple. What's important is how you handle yourself under these conditions. Overcoming such things develops character, and one day, you'll probably look back on it all and laugh. Think of this as a test; that always helps me to get through the hard times.

You could do what I do in situations like this, I think of the reason why he's shouting all the time and talking nonsense and then use that as a coping mechanism. For example:

He shouts to get attention, which means he's insecure. You don't shout to get attention therefore you are not insecure. Ergo, you are better than him, and why would you get annoyed at someone when you're better than them? It may not be PC but it works for me at least. But then again, I am a misanthrope.

It just annoys me to crap.
And the headmistress took it too far today. I ended up storming out in a rage with no intention of going back.
I am gonna find a place where I will be shown just a small amount of respect.

That would be a good idea, I'm kind of in the same position at work. I get very little respect from my workmates or my boss but then they're all idiots.

Ana - I've worked in a lot of places, studied in heaps of classrooms and I've learnt that there are very few places where you actually get shown respect.

I'm at the stage in my life where I just suck it up because at the end of the day, they will still be losers and you will be educated and no one can take that education away from you.

If only that were true... I wouldn't mind staying then.
I found out recently that what I spent 1½ years on so far doesn't give me any qualifications on paper. It's designed to get me a job without having qualifications on paper by getting me an intern position. And seeing as they won't teach me what I need to know, so that could only end up in a job I don't want.
So I am not gonna stay there. I can get a job without an education without their help.

If it's knowledge you want, but aren't sure school is where you belong, follow Good Will Hunting. Makes sense, but takes a HUGE amount of discipline.
