I would guess you would get someone to do it with a template and a pair of clippers. You could probably do it freehand as well.

I've seen that on a few people. If I were to do it myself I'd just try freehanding it with a razor on closely cropped sides. You can also throw spiderwebs on the sides of your head in the form of black marker or hair dye.

Closely cropped = hair about 2-3mm long, on the sides of your head. And yeah, a regular shaving razor should do. I'd use a brand new one just to get the closest shave and greatest accuracy possible.

You can get special electric clipper type things for doing tramlines and designs in hair.
It's worth searching there are some decent ones out there.

I think you can get them in packs with regular clippers/trimmers too.

well, i tryed it using a regular shaving razor and it didnt work
so i had to shave both sides of my head again .........
any better ideas?
the trimmer thing sounds good, i might see about them
my mother suggested using wax, like, put lines of wax over the areas and jusdt waxing the hair off, but i know that would hurt

Waxing bleeds off if not done properly. I would suggest the electric fine-point clippers. Used to be huge in the eighties to have shit shaved in the back of your head.

My beautician once tried waxing someones head, it did not go well apparently.

I think that type of barbering needs to be done with someone with some skill, my hair dresser specializes in cutting curly hair and also Afro Caribbean hair and putting very fine lines like that in is part of that specialty of hair dressing.

I'd try and find a specialist barber.

Sounds good if you can afford it, might be worth ringing round to see if you can get it cheaper somewhere else.

Check barber shops, they tend to have more people with more experience working with clippers so they are more likely to have someone who has done something similar, also they tend to be a little cheaper

If not do you have a a clipper/trimmer?
You can buy plates for them they're on the same site I linked to before.
