Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL.

Really good Steampunk-esque band

Well I was on myspace, browsing around for bands, and I came across this little gem. They're like really dark, ambient industrial and they've a real Steampunk feel to them :]

Just thought I'd share ^,^

Good stuff. Makes me think of Delerium, but rustier and played on an old gramaphone, or Nurse with Wound minus 3/4 of the angst.

This reminds me quite a bit of a lot of Nine Inch Nails instrumental work during the Downward Spiral era. Especially a certain song, however, the name escapes me at the minute.

Sweet. That music would be kickass for a horror movie or scary video/computer game, or even just as an intro to something with lyrics.
