I agree, but he didn't help himself. If he really was banned in the first place, that's fucking ridiculous - but it's possible he was put on time out, then banned for recruiting people to his own forum, which has happened before and IS stated in the forum rules.
Not a fan of moderation, though - I'd rather ignore fifty lame threads a day than feel the need to censor myself. However moderation here comes in fits and starts, so it's possible this new policy of intervention is just due to the site updates and won't last. I hope so, because the best thing about this site was being left to our own devices until it got so ridiculous the mods became active - I thought Helpmann was hilarious, for example, but I do understand why he was banned.

I wish that people who are so offended by trivial shit like "male organ licker" should just fucking leave, or learn to deal.
I'm glad to see the end of custom user titles, and rank, but the circumstances in which they were removed are just fucking ridiculous.
