Hey, I remember you! It's good to see you again. I like the movie list; digging the love for Dr. Strangelove.

Welcome (back) to this place. I look forward to your contributions.

Still Jack - Whoohoo!

Mr E Nigma - Must begin to make love to the bomb in midair.

Melly - Thank you, dear. I suppose being raised in such a diverse city plays a large part in this.

Hey, MiladyMalice, do you like your black comedies mixed with horror? I can highly recommend "Re-Animator". Here's a snipped of the Amazon listing from that link:

Stuart Gordon's adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's Herbert West: Re-Animator puts a Night of the Living Dead spin on the classic Frankenstein story. Jeffrey Combs furrows his brow and bugs his eyes as the preternaturally intense Herbert West, a maverick medical student whose gory, gooey experiments cause bloody corpses and body parts to jerk to life. ... Charged with sick gallows humor and a ghoulish gallery of undead beasties, Re-Animator, like Evil Dead II, is one of the most inspired and inventive--and funniest--horror films of the 1980s.

Funniest to me is the fact that despite the knowledge that the re-animating serum is clearly not working the way it's expected to and just keep creating monstrosities, West keeps using it hoping the next time it will work! LMAO!

Oh for sure. I have a weird crazy range with my iTunes. Over 20K songs and a HUGE spread of genres. Same with my movies/books/clothing styles. Living in New York, you're almost always going to end up being extremely eclectic.

Ben - Sounds good. I plan on watching this in the future. It looks gorey, which is exactly my type of film.

Melly - Fo' Sho'. Do you perhaps live in or near the East Village Area?
