"OMG DON'T JUDGE ME!!111"
Of all the trite teenage bullshit, this has got to be the most annoying. I judge, you judge, everyone judges. Get used to it.

You vastly overestimate the amount of energy it takes for me to be spiteful.

Bullshittery? More like FAILFAGGOTRY!
And to that poor soul that likened her to The Endless, you should be whipped.

You are accountable for your words and actions, even online. Plain and simple.

It's difficult to ignore the vast stupidity of the comments you make, or the equally idiotic behavior you allegedly engage in. It's like watching a train wreck or a really bad car accident.

Not all of the Endless were cool.

If it's accompanied by the Benny Hill theme music, then yeah.

Do you want to step outside? Despair was the only one I can think of that was remotely uncool and even she was pretty fucking cool in her own right.
By the by, a better topic I think is discussing the Endless. Who was your favorite? I think mine ended up being Delirium.

A family of personifications that revolve around concepts of life (Delirium, Dream, Destruction, Desire, Despair, Destiny and of course Death) and they are usually the focal point of Gaiman's The Sandman. Death especially due to her image.
I really haven't got around to reading the whole thing yet but I think you should get the gist of it from the description alone.

I didn't have a particular figure in mind, I was just illustrating why Uni won't leave. She's like an eternal force around here.
Then again, there's another raging idiot who I thought would never fuck off that I haven't seen anything from in a while. I won't mention her name. Speak of the devil and she will appear, you know.
But Kontan's right, a discussion about the Endless is more interesting than this thread. My favorite? I have to say Dream. Aside from being the main character, he was the most complex.

I quite like Desire, but I can't really help that. I'm in an oddly hedonistic point of life right now, so it fits me. Highly sexed yet genderless, devoted to debauchery and the pleasures- Desire is my favoured of the Endless, and something of a role model (really must get a nice black suit like zhi had in a few of the modern day encounters).
Other than that... Death's cute, but a bit too perky. Dream's nice, but Christ does the boy ever pity himself. Delirium, though... poor little doll, deserves all the love she can get. Remember when she used to be Delight?

I don't think that anyone would name Despair as their favourite character. Haha.

I feel that despair was eclipsed by her twin in the series. Her role was a bit trifling and really only seemed to be a supporting character.

Lollypop- The series is about Dream, and Death is, like the other Endless, one of the supporting characters. She got a few spin offs, but Dream/ Morpheus is the central character of the whole thing. Hence the title 'Sandman'.
It's worth reading, it's a good series.

Oops, meant to word that differently.
But damn, is Death popular or what?

No, I want to know more. At least she has some comedic value. What exactly are you bringing to the table?

No, that's not true. We don't have nearly enough entertainment around here. And you're trying to stifle one of the last remaining sources of entertainment. How dare you? I will beat you down with a pipe wrench.
