Hello, my name is Inego Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.
Well no, not really. But I wanted to do something different than "Hi I'm a n00b! ~"
Ahem.
So yeah...I'm a Graphic Design student who just started a webcomic that'll probably end up just being a waste of time, but I digress. *waves like a dork to everyone*

Haha, I have a feeling I'm going to like you, but fill the questions in the link Pyre gave you so that we know more about you.

Ahaha, yeah, I saw that thread after I posted. >_> Durr.
1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
(as mentioned above)
2. Where are you from?
Missouri, which I affectionately call the Middle of F*&%ing Nowhere.
3. Who is your favorite author?
That's a tough one...Neil Gaiman's pretty good, so is Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, Voltaire, Lovecraft, and a bunch of other people I can't think of right now. I can't really choose just one.
4. What are your favorite films?
Donnie Darko, Moon Child, The Man without a Past, Drifting Clouds, Match Factory Girl, the Professional, Brazil, and pretty much so any horror flick.
5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Should I ever be so unfortunate, probably something from the 'stones or the Smiths.
6. At your funeral?
Likewise here.
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
I've thought about this more than I probably ought to, but there are millions of ways to die, and only one (known) way to be born. I'd prefer to die before I get too old to remember where the WC is, but not so young that I miss out on doing things I want to do. So I guess I'll go out sky-diving while simultaneously participating in an orgy.
8. What kind of casket would you want?
A nice black one lined with velvet. For show, of course...I want to be cremated after the funeral.
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
A lovely long-flowing lacy Gunny Sax dress I found at a theater sale.
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Friends. You never have friends like you did as a kid.
11. What's your favorite band?
*takes a breath* HiM, Malice Mizer, Led Zepplin, Ramones, AFI, Rammstein, Apocalyptica, Queen, Rolling Stones, Korn, Green Day, The Cult, The Church, The Cure, The Clash, The Smiths, Joy Division, Bauhaus, Project Pitchfork, The Rasmus, The Crüxshadows, Cheap Trick, System of a Down, the Beatles, INXS, Nirvana, and a lot more.
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
Some college. Going for an AAS in Graphic Design (if I ever pass the %(*& math requirements)
13. Why did you join?
I'm lonely. *dramatically slaps back of hand to forehead*
Seriously, this looks like an interesting place.
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
I have XX chromosomes.

Like the taste in movies... I take it when you mention "Moon Child" you mean "Hyde and Gackt" Moon Child, ne? If not, do enlighten me...
Also, for horror flicks, do you prefer the older ones, or the newer ones? There are very few newer horror flicks that I actually like, because they are so predictable where you don't even flinch anymore (and that's one of the main reasons I watch some of them); of course, there are also the ones I watch for the story...

I'm having trouble not liking the members around here. I see you appreciate Graphics Design, Douglas Adams, Voltaire, and The Crüxshadows. Very nice.
Happy welcome.

Indeed, the Moon Child with Hyde and Gackt. Apart from my fangirlish glee at hearing about the movie, I think it turned out rather good. The ending made me cry. >.>;
In horror flicks, I think I tend to like the older ones like from Hammer studios, and ones with Vincent Price. Foreign and independent horror movies interest me as well because they (if you'll pardon the expression) introduce fresh blood to the genre.

Aww, I was born in Missouri, I loved it there, but then again, I did live in Kansas City, so I wasn't in "Middle of F*&%ing Nowhere" Meh, I dunno, I love it in Kansas City. I live in a little, little, little town now, so I guess I can relate with you. What city do you live in anyway, or what city are near to.
I'm rambling. God I hate it when I do that.
...WELCOME!
(Yeah I know, that took awhile.)

Perhaps we could build a giant badger, instead?
