Rumours and Bullying
While I was at school, 2 random guys pushed me down on the cement when no one was around, and wrote, "Fuck You" on the bottom of my wrist in VERY permenet marker. I was forced to put a big bandaid on it to hide it, and now EVERYONE in my school thinks I attempted suicide and am hiding the scar. Now all my friends avoid me. To make matters worse, my Teachers told this to my parents who now think I'm, well, crazy. It's been 6 days, and the marker has barely faded.

Uh. Why not just tell the truth about what happened?
That would solve your problem really fast.

Those guys don't even go to my school. Plus, if I told my parents I was being bullied they'd get all defensive. Actually, I already sais, "Underneath this is NOT a scar, but I can't show you." I bet they'd think I wrote that myself and was just making those two guys up anyways.

You're handling this in a stupid way. If you work so hard to make them think it's NOT a scar, of course they're going to suspect it is. After all, you didn't go out of your way to make sure they knew it WASN'T a mouse bite. See what I'm saying? Just say someone was being mean to you.

Yeah, I really think you ought to just show everyone what's under there so they'll leave you alone. Tell your parents that it was just a couple of guys being dumb and that you'll probably never see them again.

I would still say take the stupid bandage off and show people what it is. Then explain who put it there, why they put it there, and why you were embarassed to show it.
Tell people it's not like you want to flaunt something like that.
But personally, if you don't want people making shit up about you and you're so tired of this then let others know what happened.
Other than that, report the idiots.

I'm sure the marker can't be THAT permanent.....
And yeah, probably better off just telling the truth and getting the problem all straightened out.

It is that permanent. However, it has faded but it still won't go away. I know it will eventually. Yeah, I'm doing to tell the truth whether they think I am lying or not. I hope those jerky boys don't come back.

Actone. Also known as Fingernail Polish Remover.
That than a hot rag to rub it with should remove it, though it will make your skin rather raw...

Have you told them? If so, how did everything go? (And acitone will work, as suggested above.)

Um, why not tell your parents the truth, and then scribble over the 'fuck you' in sharpie? Being secretive about it just makes you look suspicious. And you should be pressing charges against those guys for assault.

Two guys tackled you, wrote fuck you on your arm in VERY permanent marker, then walked away? They didn't rob you or anything? Why didn't you call for help, or the police after they'd gone? Where were you that there was cement and no one around? Why did your friends and school administrators assume you were cutting yourself just because you had a band-aid on your arm when you could have easily just fallen down? Why did you put a band-aid on in the first place when you could have just smuged the marker? This story makes no sense and sounds totally invented to me.

Haha...Now that you think of it, gothicusmaximus may just be right. Dark Prayer, don't be offended or run off, but between this, the cat thing, and the restaurant thing either you are lying or you need to move out of the hood, girl!

I bought some, and it worked! Well, it got most of it off. Now it's all off (3 days later). Anyways, they didn't believe me, but they weren't angry. My Mom said she was proud that I don't swear in public, so sh eunderstood why I would want to hide it. However, I got the whole, "swearing is bad" talk.

Yeah, that's what my parents said. "It sounded all made-up." But I didn't do any of that stuff, because I just couldn't be bothered. I'm quitre lazy actually. And I have cut myself before, so that is why.

I need to move out of the hood. Someone just told me that yesterday. They said, "Sofie, you're to kind for your own good! That girl totally said horrible stuff to you, and you let her get away with it?! Move out of the hood!" I'm not offended, I agree. Moving out of the hood would be a good idea.

I barely get yelled at in my town, just two people on the bus, but they would never touch me. Then you also said you bought stuff from Hot topic, we don't have one in Canada. I'm confused
