New Here and Just Wrongly Bashed
We're 13th Floor Productions. We posted in the "Shill" section and were unjustly bashed and accused of plagiarism. Is there a way for us to report this to an administrator?

Lol, The admins could give a shit, They pretty much never intevene.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: If they're going to bother with all these goddamn automated rules, permissions, and word filters, the least they could do is actually moderate from time to time. As is we're getting fucked from both ends.

Why the fuck are you acting so jaded about these forums? You haven't even been here for a month. The admins do give a shit, this is a business venture after all and in order for it to be profitable they have to at least pay attention to some things and they have intervened on multiple occasions in the past, through banning as well as post/thread deletion. They do not generally bow to the whims of the members and do not ban people unless they break a rule, and even then they do tend to be lenient if it is not a major infraction

The only two times I've seen the admins move their asses is when i asked if they read the crap we write and banning poisonedblueeyes.
I wonder what the rules are tho

I loathe the idea of having participating moderators with banning powers. First off, it's EXTREMELY hard to be objective if you take part in the discussions and have friends here, as most of us do. Secondly, certain memebers I actually like would not be here if this were the case (and many who dislike EtS & Helpmann were sorry to see Duckman go, so I'm not alone in this). Also, new members would see the moderator tag under their names and the asslicking would immediately commence - posts should be judged on merit, not on who takes issue with those making them, and I wouldn't like to see the tide swayed by what those in charge think of people. Obviously this will always happen because certain members are almost universally popular, but it would be far more pronounced if there were participating moderators.
