Dipshit changed his password while drunk. Now he can't remember what he changed it to, and can't retrieve it because he can't remember the password to the email it's attached to, and can't remember the email that THAT email is attached to.
Lets all hold a candle light vigil for his dumb ass.

Not quite: they don't tell you what the password is, and you don't tell them what the previous password is, you keep it to yourself. You only have them restore the user account attributes. They can't see the password.
