Yes yes, there is plenty of Hentai that isn't just **** scenes, some of it is even comedy based. Muki Chan in Wonderland is a (duh) Alice in Wonderland take off that is of the light Hentai variety... I really liked that one. Um, it's a bit spendy and not easy to find though. Oganki Clinic or Hex Files are alittle more medium level Hentai, but I was only mildly entertained by those (I like more story then "guy girl meet and bang").

Steer clear of Tojin Warrior!! *shudder*

I don't know of any specific titles offhand, but pretty much anything released by the Playboy Channel is going to be soft core. If you have Dish Network or Cable, ask your cable company about previewing the channel. With Dish Network you can simply purchase a one hour block of time to view the channel, and see if you like it.

As far as you both being a bit jealous, I would gently suggest you guys try to look at 'soft core' porn as you would any other sexual enhancement toy. It is merely a tool you guys are experimenting with in order to increase your sexual desire a bit.

It's important to reassure each other in whatever ways you normally express yourselves, that no actor or actress could be more sensual, exciting, and desirable than you guys are to each other. That helps ease any Green Meanie feelings that might pop up.

I will leave the Hentai recommendations to the more knowledgeable folks here. I'd like to offer a couple of suggestions for porn titles that might be a good introduction.

You say "soft core" and I want to be clear about that phrase. It used to mean solely "non-explicit", not showing genitals or insertion. Now it tends to be used to contrast between what passes for mainstream porn with it's emphasis on rough sex and using the female body without regard to the woman's feelings and needs, and a gentler type of video where the couples are still displayed explicitly, but the sex is more tender and caring. So I'm going to suggest a little of each.


In the non-explicit catagory, I can recommend any of the Emmanuelle movies in general, they are some of the best softcore erotic films in existence; the women who are in them are always incredibly gorgeous, and the scenes themselves are very well shot. Just don't mind the ridiculousness of some of the plots. Also, any of the HBO series Red Shoe Diaries can be highly rewarding for encouraging a vivid fantasy life.
