Rufio does have way better hair, not to mention he is just all around more awesome, but he did kind of get stabbed, which is a major point against him.

Desp is clearly Captain Hook because we all know that he is going to stick KK, whether that will be with a sword or his penis I'm not quite sure but he will totally stick something in KK.
