Zombies....
It seems to me that there has not been too many good zombie movies lately. what happened to those good ol' fashioned zombie horror flicks from back in the 50's??? i mean all it is today is sex and gore... nope i just want my bloody gore thank you... when i want to watch a good zombie movie i want to see the dumb blonde who cannot out run a zombie, that i remind you runs at like 2 MPH, if even that. i mean its just soo stupid now. i think that i should just get a job and make some money so i can make myself some sweet kick awesome zombie movie. i dunno. i just want some input, on like what you think about these movies today, how i should make this movie, and why you think that we have so much of this stuff in our zombie movies? i mean i am no necro, but i love zombies! heehee

Hmm I actually really liked the remake of Dawn of the Dead which was fairly recent (also Shawn of the Dead is a somewhat funny mockery of it). I just thought it was scary as hell. I get scared easily though (but I'm a glutton for punishment lol).

I agree! No good zombie movies! I heard that George Romero was going to do another low budget zombie movie, but I am holding my breath in hopes that it's good
Shaun of the dead was a BRILLIANT comedy. I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!

hmmmm I'm a big resident evil fan... not big fan of the movies tho, only the games.
But the, games aside, if I didn't have the premise of the games I think I'd actually love the movies.

I'm a fan of Resident Evil as well. The movies weren't too bad either, they just lacked that RE atmosphere, although I gotta admit Nemesis was wonderful in the second movie... I liked his part very much. But I wanted Alice to get blown into pieces.
I was watching Return of the Living Dead (ye-average-80's-splatter, as you might guess), yawning myself into near death. When there was the first zombie that chased the dumbass youngsters into the cellar, I thought "Hmm, that guy looks pretty okay", but when the zombie exclaimed "BRAINS!" I shut the TV.

Thats not Dawn of the Dead... Dawn of the Dead was an awesome 1978 George Romero film. That piece of crap is... well... just that. A piece of crap. Someone should tell people to see Night of the Living Dead (1968) before they can say they're a zombie fan. What sucks is asking people what their favorite Romero zombie film is and they stare at me like I have 9 heads. Know what I mean?

If you want to see a REALLY cheap films, see Vampires vs. Zombies. It's so cheap and cheesy you'll cringe. Seriously, at one point a zombie gets run over, and you see it's entire body get pulled under the wheels and its head get run over, but then the angle switches, and you see the head bouncing off the top of the truck.
