Watching a Pink Panther cartoon, the one where he's chasing a termite with a shot gun.

You need to have a certain number of posts before you can make a siggy. I think it's 200? Maybe it's 500? Good luck getting there!

Just hanging out on here and other forums so I don't climb onto the couch, wrap up in a blanket, and fall back asleep on this snowy morning. Also drinking Lady Grey tea.

Drinking a cup of hot chocolate while listening to the greek public service radio - channel 2. It's a pretty good news source.

I left some masking tape on the bedroom window for nearly a year in the wake of hurricane Ike. I pulled it all down over a month ago, but it left that dried adhesive coating in cross-hatch strips on all 20 panes. Now I'm scaping it all off with a 3 inch blade and trying not to inhale too much of the resulting dust, which smells like old library paste or dried mucilage.
Pain in the ass!

Thanks for the well wishes, I think I'm just about recovered, my throat is still a bit dry and I still have a bit of congestion but with a bit of DayQuil I feel completely normal.
I'm waiting for some laundry to dry so that I can get ready for the Howl-O-Scream Halloween party/meeting (I can't wear my costume without leggings as all costumes have to be work appropriate and it is a [i]little[i] short). Today I'm actually going to remember my camera so I can get pictures of my lovely HOS friends.

Thanks :3 My cough isn't as bad as it was, I'm still feverish and feel woozy, but not bad enough to get worried about it. Its going to be funny when I go to work tomorrow, apparently we're getting a visit from someone from corporate.

I am sitting in my bra and pants, wondering vaguely whether I should actually get dressed, or just enjoy being able to do this while I can. Winter is coming soon, and I want to avoid putting the heating on for as long as possible, so I feel I should enjoy warm indoor temperatures while I can.
