I meant to continue and say this...
Ok, ok, you guys aren't horrible. But you're pretty generic, I've heard almost everything you're doing before and I heard it better from Bauhaus and the Cure. Your mixing is pretty good for a garage band, and you do have a good sense of atmosphere, which are both pretty good things, and they're uncommon in garage bands. I'd put you about a cut above your typical unsigned band. You guys got potential, now find your own voice.
I also must complement you on your lead singer, he may not be Aretha Franklin or Freddie Mercury, but his pipes sure stand out, and that's a very undervalued part of going from "just meh" to "TELL YOUR FRIENDS!"
