Newbie

Hey pplz. my name is caitlin and i'm 14. i <3 listening to music and different bands some totally different styles than others. some of them are Marilyn Manson (hell yea), Atreyu, Silverstein, HIM (love the song "Killing Loneliness), AFI, Green Day, Korn, Rise Against, and a butt load more, but can't think of any more at the moment. Some other things i like and don't like are.........lets see, my family bugs the crap out of me, get pissed off pretty easily and sometimes upset, no one seems to understand me (like famly, friends). Some of my fave movies are The Hills Have Eyes, Shaun of the Dead, Saw II and cant think of anything else. i'd love to see The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things, but mom (being so arrrrghhhhh idk just a pain in the a$$, won't let me see it), and i love horror movies. so there is a little bout me.

Wow, original and effective, I have never been so offended in my life.
Now what exactly do you disagree with, or do you just like to repeat yourself?

Butt load... how appropriate... because some of those bands are a buttload... so just squeeze them off and stop listening to constipated music by goth-wannabees like Manson.

I like HIM but not their new stuff.
If your friends don't understand you, get some new ones. Shit, theres more than a billion people in the world, and you're only 14 so start looking!
You've got a lot of growing up to do and maybe one day you'll appreciate the people in your life and everything the do for you, your family in particular.
I agree with happy_dude, that was incredibly hard to read, due to lack of coherentness, but it could have been much worse........urgh...toggle typing.....

I don't really like those bands. A few songs from them are okay.

People that like the bands listed above just didn't have a chance to discover real bands that make REAL music who DON'T have their videos played up and down shit media like MTV.

So I personaly hope you will be able to learn something form this site and I also wish you good luck in growing up and , like sparklekittie mentioned, learning to appreciate and cope with the people around you, especialy your parents.

Yeah, it's just really easy to conform to the non-conformist stereotype. If your parents really are general assholes, then, depending on the level of their asshole-ness, you'll either have to just tolerate it or report it to the authorities. As sparklekittie so simply put it, if your friends don't understand you, get some new friends! In your area it may be difficult finding people with like interests (though I doubt it would be hard finding baby bats anywhere), but a little dilligence pays off handsomely.
