Sort of. While that's technically true, the breed I'm referring to is actually an American Alsatian (it's generally shortened to just Alsatian in conversation). While part German Shepard, they were bred from a variety of big/snow dogs to resemble a particular species of extinct wolf. They're homebodies, but generally not terribly territorial. They'll usually just ignore anybody they don't know.

The response from Wolf_Moon (or Wolfie or Graus) was perfectly understandable. She was a major contributor here under that moniker for a long time and she'd still be using it if circumstances not of her choosing hadn't forced her out of it. And the comment was a half-serious/half-joking take on the famous Highlander quote. I knew it was an innocent mistake on your part, and knew she was making a point without being overtly mean about it.

Calm down. In this place, if someone is attacking you, you'll know it.

Other than that, some of your intro question answers are mildly interesting.
